Local designer brand new, never worn. Gorgeous embellishment on the halter top collar. However there are small stains and because it is a flowy fabric there are some snags on the bottom. Great item for a night out, date, I'm really sad to let it go since I've never had a chance to wear it, and it doesn't fit anymore. Size Large US/Can Chest 21 in/53.34 cm, Length varies as it is an irregular cut bottom so it's about 28 in/71.12 cm.
