JUNYA WATANABE Comme des Garçons 2007 RUNWAY Black TWISTED TOP Small

This amazing top is from one of Junya Watanabe's most groundbreaking and memorable collection: FALL 2007. It consists in a white cotton shirt with a backwards black wool cardigan attached to it. The shirt buttons down from the bust, obliquely towards the side. You can button it all the way down, or leave a few buttons undone. The cardigan is backwards, with the buttons in the back. You cannot completely unbutton it, but you can leave one or two buttons undone (see pictures). This is such a great top! When it came out I was so obsessed with it that I bought three: a grey one and a black one in medium, and a black one in small, which is the one I am selling. PLEASE NOTE: * The white cotton shirt looks yellowish on some of the pictures but it's not. * The right side of the collar has an unfinished end, it's intended that way (please see picture). Very minimal piling, close to none. The care label says "dry clean only", but I got better results by washing it very delicately by hand (I tested dry cleaning with another top). Comes with the ORIGINAL TAGS, a SWATCH OF WHITE FABRIC and TWO REPLACEMENT BUTTONS. Measurements of the mannequin (not the runway model): Bust: 35", waist: 26 1/2".
