James Perse. Plaid check button up shirt in brushed 100% cotton flannel, with two button flap chest pockets. Size 3 or large in their sizing. One button is broken, as in photos, but there are three spare buttons still with the shirt as shown. I am happy to replace the button -- but I'm busy, so also happy to drop the price for someone willing to do the minor repair.
