Reposhing this item I purchased from @pausevintage. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Has shoulder pads, but could probably remove it. Has waist tie. Has pockets. Measurements according to previous seller: Pit to pit: 21" Length from armpit: 30" Arm length: 20" Shoulder width: 6”
