John Mark tiered maxi skirt

John Mark tiered ankle length skirt. White tiered ankle length skirt. Short layers of white tulle all the way down. Lined (lining stops a bit shorter than the tiers). Wide waistband, pull-on elastic style. Really western vibes, would be cute with a prairie look, but could also be dressed up. This is in good shape - there are some red marks on the inside, they look like dressmaker marks accidentally left behind (shown), these are not visible when worn.
