Beautiful mixed texture heavy stretch fabric with woven details, mermaid flare and off the shoulder. A random thread sticking out but otherwise great condition. The top to bottom has a teeny net-like texture while the top ruffling and bottom flare has an incredible textured stipe detail. The white interwoven knit gives the appearance of sequence. No zipper - this pulls over / meant to stretch to get on.
