nanwbrains @jessicayury You stated that the boots' insoles didn't have a foot impression and the boots were lightly used. The insoles are so worn they're flat and the shearling on the inside of the heels is completely rubbed off. That's way more than "light wear".

jessicayury @nanwbrains Thats funny. I actually only wore them about 5 times. It couldn't have been that both of the sides of the boots rubbed off at the same time. I was assuming thats how they come because I got them like that from the store

nanwbrains @jessicayury They didn't rub off at the same time - one boot is worse than the other on the inner heel (the one pictured). You couldn't possibly have bought them in this condition unless you bought them used.
