meagquinny @indah_chandra There is no black ring. I looked at the pictures and ours is missing. I have another bubble carrier with the same thing and that one has the black ring you're discribing. This new one doesn't. :(

meagquinny @indah_chandra The only screens are on the sides, and they are not removable. If there was a removable screen for the front, it didn't come with it either. Thank you, I would really appreciate that!

meagquinny @indah_chandra The stuff it came with was the bubble itself which was wrapped up, the carrier and the straps. There was nothing covering the middle hole and no ring to screw on. It is super weird. We didn't throw anything away so it definitely wasn't that either. I really appreciate you sending another one, as this one is kind of useless without the ring.
