Just listed💙cotton NWT blue navy and white striped floral design halter dress

Just listed💙Light cotton NWT dress by Julian Taylor New York. The dress does not fit the mannequin properly so the pics do not do the dress justice. This is a fun classic blue and white striped dress with navy and lighter blue floral pattern. This dress has halter style top with tie at back of neck and key hole opening with invisible zip below. This dress has a generous bustline but fits slightly smaller at the waist. The waist has the skirt gathered and pleated at the waist with matching belt. See measurements for sizing confirmation as this dress is labeled at 16 but I think fits more like a 14 because of the waist. Great 100% cotton dress for summer or holidays. New with tags.
