If I stretch the fabric out to an almost flat state, pit to pit is 22 inches. The sheared waist is 24 inches around when not stretched out. Waist to floor is 37 inches. The bottom tier is 12 inches, I was going to cut that tear off to make it more of a midi length. Fabric is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It is lightly netted weave. I am a size 12 and it fits perfectly, I decided it is too youthful a look for me.
