New with tags but there are a few flaws to note which can all be seen in photos: There is a pull in the material on one side of the chest (circled in photo) which isn’t very obvious but wanted to mention. The front loop to hold the belt in place is broken and the seam under the left arm pit is coming apart. See photos for measurements. Smoke free home. Reasonable offers considered.
