Kismet navy blue, short sleeve, w lace and cut outs on the back

A light and feminine tunic from Kismet. This is in very good used condition. This tunic is roomy and flows nicely. The fabric tag is missing, but I’m thinking this is a poly/rayon blend. Given the amount of lace, I would wash this in a laundry bag and hang to dry.
