Excellent used condition! It almost feels a little like denim since the fabric has a twill weave. No stretch, side zipper and decorative buttons. There is a flaw: the middle slit hem has come up maybe 1/3 of a centimeter. It is hidden by the wraparound layer of the skirt most of the time unless you take a wide stride. No stretch so compare your waist measurement. Materials: None listed, feels like a twill weave of a plant-base material like viscose or rayon as it is softer than cotton.
