🗨LD Tuttle blue suede wrapped sculptural wedge Chelsea boots, EU41, RARE, EUC

This abstract wedge by LD Tuttle is from a runway sample sale - made specifically for a runway show but never produced in quantity. Most runway samples are available only in sizes 40 or 41 - models have big feet. That's a huge win for this shoe dragon. A one of a kind, hand-made ankle boot, from around 2013-14? Take my $! There's minor wear on the heel taps, but the soles only show some discoloration with no wear. Most runway shows are at indoor venues, so wear is minimal. Runway samples may have slight flaws or inconsistencies, but they're always sufficiently polished & dramatic to drop jaws as you strut past. This is a Chelsea boot on a low, sculpted extended platform wedge, giving an exoskeleton effect, all finished in vivid blue suede. Wide, pleated straps wrap around the boot and end in a velcro closure at the ankle. The straps are somewhat finicky to arrange, but once attached, the overall effect is something from the future, like what an alien queen in layered, flowing robes might wear on a spaceship. The built-out wedge is where you keep the gravity stabilizers, duh. If you're in wardrobe working with science fiction stuff, imagine how well these could work with a range of future fashion scenarios. If you want to wear these in RL, you're the kind of person whose fashion sense is a daily work of performance art - you already know how to wear them. Size EU41 - will fit women's size 9.5-10.
