pinknyellow @1234justine1234 The tag says 2% spandex so a tiny bit of stretch. Yes, The pockets are real but they are partly sown but very easy to open (sent a picture) The length of the skirt is 23. Yes, the skirt is made in Canada. I hope this helps.
