Lord & Taylor 424 Fifth birdcage ice blue sateen pleated circle skirt. With pockets! Size label is 12 but I had it altered to my size which is closer to size 6. (See pictures for measurements) The lining has come undone at the seam inside but can easily be sewn back up. Otherwise in excellent preowned condition.
