Little Black Dinner Dress by Simon Chang. There is no Size tag inside the garment but I estimate it to be a Large. It is made of a stretchy fabric and has little tiny pleating. The fabric is exquisite. Fits over your head like a T shirt. Easy for the beach or a more formal evening.
