La Vie | EUC Vintage Grey Blazer with Faux Leather Accents

Absolutely gorgeous vintage grey blazer with cute faux leather accents on the shoulder and pockets (not sure if real leather). Has three buttons on each sleeve cuff. The material pattern is grey with subtle blue and orange accents (see sixth photo for close up of material). Not sure what the material is as there is no tag, but this blazer is dry clean only. There is no size tag, but based on the below measurements it seems to be around a size Small. In really excellent used condition, doesn't seem to be worn very much.
