Lace collar mod Penguin dress

Totally mod! In the spirit of the 60s, a black Penguin dress in medium with a white lace collar. Hits above the knee with 3/4 length sleeves. The dry cleaner tag is still on! The button to close the collar in the back is missing, an easy fix, but reflected in the price. 😃
