What is the heel height ?
And please add photos to show:
-the inside, where brand and size are printed
-a side view

I am pretty sure these shoes must have come with an inside lining, as with the other styles.
They would it have been sold with the inside unfinished, as in photo.
Those of us who don't wear orthotics need the linings, of course. So you still have them? If so please add photo.
