This is a super lightweight and elegant XL tunic style flowy long sleeve top by Anna Bella. The navy fabric almost looks like it’s shimmering. There is heavy embroidery just around the neck area, front and back otherwise the top is so incredibly understated as she needs nothing else, she’s just beautiful.
