Lady Mezzo - Italian Silk Blend Top

Purchased this in Greece and wore it oversized as a dress (I’m 5ft 1), but it’s a L top. I removed the tag, but originally it stated silk for the front and spandex, cotton for the back fabric. Made in Italy, brand is Lady Mezzo. Can be worn as meant as a top, or a dress if you’re petite. Excellent condition. Measurements: Length: 77 cm Width: 48 cm but stretches up to 67 cm Sleeves are stretchy with ruching around wrist.
