Chic black dress with 3/4 ruffle sleeves, boat neck, 2 side pockets and back zipper. Looks great on, can be belted for more styling options. Would fit sizes 18-12, I’m a 12 but the neck feels a bit too roomy on me. It’s labelled a 1X, but check the measurements below to make sure it’s your size. Looks great worn oversized. Cotton/ nylon/ spandex, so there a nice stretch making this dress very comfy to wear. Sleeves are amazing, kind of a double ruffle with parts stitch up which gives a sculptural look.
