Soft black cotton lining against the skin with cute navy floral chiffon overlay. The shoulder portion is black with a bow in the centre. Worn once, like new condition. Waist is 14.5" across. Bust is 17.75" across. Length is 24" from underarm. The tag size is marked regular UK12, but Iike fits like a petite US 6 or 8 I would say.
