latoyacamacho @tgoldwasser Hello there, I am sorry to hear that. I don't know why they would ask you to contact the retailer where they were purchased. Normally the company has a warranty on there product and they can help you. Is there any way that part can be replaced? maybe they can help you with that information or see if they warranty their product. I am very surprised they didn't help you further. I don't know where they were purchased. I am sorry I can't help you with that information.
