triley100223 Thank you for your inquiry. Laying flat from shoulder to shoulder is 17”. Sleeves are 25” long. Shoulder seam to bottom of jacket is 21”. This jacket also has shoulder pads that I missed mentioning. Great fit! Let me know if you have any other questions.
