This gorgeous dress was bought for an event that didn’t happen. It still has the tag and was never worn. The top of this dress has a very stretchy polyester material. There is extra material in the mid section to minimize the waist. The bottom half of the dress has a crinoline underneath to give it the Marilyn Monroe look! There are sequins and ribbon throughout the bottom of the dress. The dress looks amazing and feels great on. It falls below the knee.
