Reposhing this item I purchased from @biatrice. Loved it, but i misread the listing and it is too small for me. The waist measurement is 14” ( definitely not a 1x) so I am posting this a a size medium. Not sure about the size tag as the skirt has not been altered. Anyway this skirt is fully lined in cotton , has a wonderful drape and sweep, the colours are vibrant. I don’t think it was ever worn.
