Layered Vintage Skirt

A one-of-a-kind vintage find. Lovely shade of red (not a blood red, a bit orangey) 50’s Folk art type pattern with paisley, geometric shapes, and florals. A fringe!!! Has a Western feel. Great movement, a flirty look! The bottom is layered look like a tiered birthday cake. Made In the USA There is no brand label inside, but is handmade. Thick, reinforced 27” elastic waistband with a lot of stretch. Medium. Could also fit a size small lower on the hips and could even fit a size large with the extra stretch. 23” long.
