Levi's Signature Mid-Rise Straight Jeans Size 12 new but washed!

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thewaterfront. Loved it but after removing tags and washing I find they are not quite my size. Washed once in unscented detergent and no fabric softener. Never worn. These are very soft and comfy!! *please note- original photos left to show size etc, tags have been removed and jeans washed not worn-last 2 pics are without tags** Questions?
