Lightweight summer dress

Long and flowing summer dress perfect for any occasion: casual with flat sandals, or dressed up with espadrilles or heels. Adjustable tie straps, gently elasticized upper body (both front and back are the same), and tissue thin flowing layers for the lower body with pointed hemlines. Lower body part has two layers of fabric (lightweight cotton) making this dress opaque. Measurements are in photos. Note the width of the top is 10" but can comfortably be stretched to 16" across. No labels on dress but the fabric feels like cotton.
