emmasmommee Hi Ashley, the jeans that I purchased a couple days ago were advertised as NWOT. The jeans I received were very worn and definitely not new without tags. The brown American Eagle tag on the back of the jeans is ripped in half and there is a significant amount of pilling on the inside of the pockets. How would you like to go about resolving this issue? I am disappointed that I paid for jeans that are supposed to be NWOT and they are very used.
