vromm3773 @moomooskimoose omg thank you and much. I absolutely love every piece I sell. I give away pieces I like but don’t love enough to sell as my gifts. Also if there’s an issue (damage) with piece I will send a new one or replace it for my customers with another piece of their choosing. I have some great repeat customers bc I want the experience to be positive and anything can be resolved.

trixiebellex Melissa, I just tracked the package. I use a UPS drop off location that the USPS also uses. It seems that the package may not have left the UPS location. I will go there tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. I am so sorry this happened. I have not had a problem before. I will let you know what I find out as soon as I know something.
