Little girls dress

Though I am unsure of the size of this dress I would guess that it would best fit a young girl, maybe 3-5 years old. No tags or size indicator. Possibly handmade. Check measurements in photos and happy to confirm other measurements as needed. Very adorable, good quality and practical for spring/summer. Outside material I assume is cotton though not sure if blended, inner top half is lined with polyester or something similar.
