Little girl’s vintage pinafore-60s

From my childhood closet. This super cute yellow pinafore is from the 60s. Obviously now a one-of-a-kind. Made in the former Yugoslavia. The label is sewn in tight so it’s hard to read all of it. I see Sevnica on the label—which is a town in Slovenia—assuming that’s where it was made. There is 11/14D on the label but not sure if that’s the size and if it is, I don’t know what it translates to. I measured it flat, see photos. It’s in excellent pre-owned condition.
