mcchretien @strahotna I took two hips measurements for you, one from the top of the polka dotted section on the bottom- 23 inches across and one from the hem - 24 inches across. All the taped seams are in excellent condition, I added a few more photos. Bought in Montreal a few years ago for the rain during our trip and never wore it since
