Long Split Maxi Dress

This dress is brand new with tags. It is an off the should ruffle neck maxi dress with a long split up the left side (with a bow tie at the top). Also has an elastic waist for a more flattering shape. Brand: Aqua Size: M Navy blue with some peachy, light blue and tan accents.
