It has been folded and that’s why there are creases. Material is 100% Polyester. Some wear on the buckle. There’s no brand. Model #74424. Lot #40731 KW. Made in Canada. These have been washed & dried. Were stored in a cedar chest. Both dresses are from the 90’s and are in very good condition.
