crschuman @bobinky very true! Refi' s are majorly down due to rates. More inventory sitting and people buying are dropping due to rates. I'm happy for my regular income. I'm also a full time student at night at university of washington. So your vacation shirt is a much needed concept for me!!

crschuman @bobinky society - ethics - and human behavior aka SEB. I was accepted for community psychology but it's a daytime only major so luckily I found this fascinating and similar major to complete my BA degree in. Just a bucket list item to finally complete this.....I'm double the age of my classmates and older than most of my professors. Talk about humbling:)
