Lovely Zara Basic interesting Tunic/dress ?

This is a size Large Zara Basic made in Spain. It is a boxy fit with a very interesting design that is black/light blue and cream-almost light a very light brocade style fabric. I purchased this on a live for myself and there was no way I was going to fit my girls in the chest area, this was definitely made for women with a smaller bust. I thought with black leggings/tights and boots this would be adorable this fall/winter but it’s not to be. PTP is maximum 19 inches considering there is NO stretch at all and then 21 inches all the way down. Just like a box. Would probably be better suited for small to medium size and have a slight oversized look, in my opinion. Please see the above photos/video for more details and measurements.
