Luca Couture blue ladies top/sweater size small.

53% wool sweater but it is a fine thin fabric. The collar and cuffs are velvet fabric. Good condition but there is a small catch in the wool at the top left front. I think a small stitch in the back would hold it. See photo. It’s a small but seems larger. See photos for measurements.
