Lulu's Heavenly hues navy blue prom or bridesmaid dress

Gorgeous navy blue floor length gown, worn once as a bridesmaid dress. The dress has been hemmed to remove about 3" from the bottom. I'm 5'5 tall and the bottom of the hem felt just over my toes with flat sandals. Very comfortable.
