Lulu’s Dress Rehearsal Mint Green Skater Dress. Size M. Super cute mini dress. Medium-weight woven fabric falls from a halter neckline into a princess seamed bodice with wide arm openings. Neckline fastens at back above a cutout before meeting a banded waist and full, skater skirt.

@lisapentney it measures 28” at the waist so that will definitely fit, the top fits a range of bust sizes because of the open back but I think a B/C cup is ideal. Hope this helps.
