Luxurious Ring With Large Natural Blue Silky Sapphire Gemstone

Classy and elegant sterling silver ring with large natural blue sapphire gemstone. Size 7.75. This sapphire is large and looks very beautiful, with its own silky glow. It has natural inclusions and, to my knowledge, is not heated and not treated in any other way. Because some inclusions look like tiny crystals growing inside the stone. If it was heated, these tiny crystals would have melted into drop-like shapes, and they are not. The clear sparkly stones all around are likely zircon. I don't think they are diamonds.
