youarelove_mo17 @eltondepp hello! I'm sorry that I took it down. I took the measurements and it was 18 and 5/8ths across. I was looking at it and found basically a super tiny hole that I didn't see before. Also, I believe it's how the dress was made but looked like a slight discoloring that's white. If you still want it I can repost with a discount and pictures showing what I'm talking about. Sorry for the inconvenience and my lack of noticing it before.
