curated_by_ray @lmsherer No, it does not come with the changing pad. However, the bag itself is in pristine condition. Unfortunately, again like the previous interested buyer, she was based out of US, and Posh Canada currently does not allow us to ship to US addresses. Other option is if you have friends or family that live in Canada, it can be shipped to their address and they would have to sebd it along to you instead.
