suepench @aseattleposher hi there! I'm so glad you reached out. Hard to know exactly. I think sometimes people like items in your closet as an act of kindness but not necessarily as a ready to buy. It's nice to have likes on items because it shows the item(s) could be popular. You could always write them in a note in their bundle ...maybe thank them and see if there's anything in particular they would like discounted?

Did you see a date code in the bag? And was the lining removed, its very sticky, all inside. I was expecting a little sticky, but not this. please let me know if you saw a code. I want to authenticate , so you can get paid.

rhetal Hello , it's Rheta. I want to ask to return the bag . The inside is in such bad condition , that I can't put my hand inside without it coming out black and sticky. plus the photo's made the outside look better than it is. Real Aunthentic can't verify authentic, due to no date code. And the sticky glue has made stains to top outside of bag. I honestly can not justify $175. for this bag. And I've bought dozens on Posh. Thank you.

rhetal @suepench I'm sorry to say I put a LG organizer inside to see if that would work. But it doesn't go to the top of the bag, so you still get black stuff on your hands. I was trying to find a solution. I think maybe a cobbler or cleaner could put in a felt lining. I've had pretty good success with my cobbler putting leather patches on the corners of Gucci bag. Just a thought.

rhetal If you google Real Authentic, they authenticate luxury bags. You send photos and they email you the results. you might have seen 2nd hand bags listed with authentic form RA on it. It cost $30. But I used them when I'm not sure. That way I can return a bag and not lose money. No insult intended. I'm just nit a professional.

rhetal @suepench , As long as we both agree they will approve the return. I recently started to rehab bags. I paint them, add twilled and organizer. Then resell. I'm retired and not healthy. But I needed something. to do. I was hoping to paint this one black and add a rose to the corner. Hoping the organizer would cover the inside. I don't mark up a lot. Usually the cost of supplies and $40-45 for my work. I do it to entertain myself.

rhetal Hello Sue, when I checked this morning Real Authentic , had sent an email. Black Epic Authentic- relined. since I already paid for it.I printed it and put it in an envelope under the return shipping label. If you get the bag relined, use that to prove authentic.. Thank you again for being so nice. Try a cleaners that does tailor work, to get the bag lined.
