I'm so sorry this happened I know it wasn't either of our faults, and I really do hope this doesn't affect your seller stats on here 😓 ... and yes you did write fragile!! But honestly I've seen the way the post office treats packages and I'm pretty sure they disregarded the fragile sign 😣

gilesmaria90 @acardona3 hello! Poshmark approved the refund and sent me the return shipping label and it's already been printed out so I will be shipping the palette out tomorrow! ^_^

gilesmaria90 @acardona3 hello! The palette should be arriving soon, let me know when it does so that I can know it made it back safely! I tried to package it as well as I could and even added some extra padding inside so that nothing would move so hopefully that helps
