I found that sharing your own closet at least three times a day puts your items at the top of the feed for brands because the default is Just shared” Also a YouTube channel has tips. Raiken profit, a reseller interviewed a couple that sell on PM and they put out videos. Thrifty flamingo is the name.

blueb1rds I found that while the share groups increase the exposure of your items, it can take up a lot of time that could be spent listing and following. If you are interested I can give you a “follow” game link that increased my followers.

Example is @blueb1rds Put the @ before the persons name. I didn’t see your reply since you didn’t know to tag me. When you are on someone else’s page and reply they see your comment, but when commenting to someone on your page you need the tag @.

kirkavenue @jwgardner6 oh, it's fairly common you should be able to find them on amazon or eBay pretty easily. Usually run between $70-90

kirkavenue @jwgardner6 the main thing is to make sure it's easy to pin. Most of them are 38-40" chests so if you have something 46+ youre probably going to need to pin it a bit. I wouldnt get something inflatable, rubber, or plastic for that reason. A cloth coating on a glorified Styrofoam torso should be fine. Make sure the stand looks sturdy. Sometimes they get a little too fancy and have tiny that end up leaning under the weight of a shirt.

kirkavenue @jwgardner6 But, I've had mine for about 4 years, still looks relatively new. I definitely recommend not going too far under $70 if you plan to use it a lot. Typically there's a reason why its cheap if it is and you dont want to kick yourself for not spending the extra few dollars later on

kirkavenue @jwgardner6 I guess finally since it looks like you do a lot of shirts, probably should have thought about that before messaging you. For what I do cloth/pin-able is the best you may want to look at something plastic/hard rubber for shirts unless you plan to do a lot of pinning. The cloth can be pretty static-y and might get annoying... really depends for that I suppose.

kirkavenue @ronmurray46 Sure, PM is a pretty noisy venue so it does take a lot of effort to be heard (sharing, following, parties etc). It's great if you have luxury items that will drum up interest on their own, or if you are planning on selling long term and are willing to do the self-promoting. Otherwise, LetGo, OfferUp, Craigslist sites that cater to localized sales might be easiest

The fees are a little high, but they come with good customer service, a seller friendly return policy, a good amount of traffic and a seller friendly shipping system. Other than that, your photos are pretty good, share groups can help, communication helps... and a lot of sharing/following

He promised me an item, then lied that he couldn’t “find” it, then immediately deleted the listing and blocked me. Not a good Posher. Us honest Poshers need to stick together!
