MINKPINK green floral cut-out dress XS

Never worn Gorgeous dark green (looks more blue in the photos). Cut out under the bust, zip up the back, smocking to allow for various chest sizes. Really pretty ruffled bottom! I removed the tags but never wore it! Now trying to clear some space in my closet! Perfect vacation dress or for a spring wedding :)
